At Devoted Treats, all of our desserts are freshly baked to order using high-quality ingredients and careful preparation. Because our products are perishable and made specifically for each customer, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, picked up, delivered, or shipped.
Order Issues
Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
