Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Devoted Treats is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Warm Weather & Handling

Our products are packaged carefully to maintain freshness during transit. However:

  • Devoted Treats is not responsible for melting or texture changes caused by heat exposure or delays by the carrier.

  • We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it is delivered.

Delivery Issues
